Interior Designer

Are you an interior designer looking to make a change?

Do you enjoy designing awesome spaces then seeing your designs come to life?

Does an opportunity to “get in on the ground floor” of a small growing company excite you?

Our design build team is searching for a motivated and capable interior designer who values excellence and collaboration. This is an opportunity to work with clients one on one using your creativity to design and plan out a variety of home remodels.

Since its founding 7 years ago, Thayer Construction has become a well-established remodeling company with a solid reputation.

Our team is focused on building an excellent company. We would love to work with someone who is just as passionate and excited about this opportunity as we are!

We design and remodel residential spaces in the Corvallis area. Our projects range from kitchens, basements, whole home remodels, and additions.

Having developed proven systems, our projects and team are set up for success, which leads to manageable work weeks, meaningful relationships, and enjoyable work.

Working closely with another designer, the founder, and the production staff you’ll guide the clients from the initial idea to the finished product.

This goes from pre-sale to initial layout, through detailed drawings, and eventually the material selections.

You’d be putting together things like cabinetry, electrical, and tile plans. If you don’t know how to draw foundation or roof plans that’s no problem, we have that covered.

One fun aspect of our work is that while you’re working on your next remodel’s design, you’ll be able to see your art come to life with our in-house production team!
