We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to help with our workload.
You’ll work closely with our Executive Administrator to complete administrative tasks that are crucial to the success of every job. While some tasks will be individual, most will be in collaboration.
If you’re new to the construction industry that is no problem. We’re looking for someone who has experience in an office, but we’re willing to train the right person.
We need someone who has great communication skills, is self-directed and doesn’t need to be closely managed. Humility and integrity are both musts.
This person we hire needs to be action-oriented, super productive, and organized.

Hourly of $12 – $16 with 16 – 20 hours per week.
The current schedule would be Mondays, Wednesdays & half days on Fridays.
