Lead Carpenter

Are you interested in being part of a growing company that cares about you? Do you have solid construction experience in residential remodeling? Are you the type of person who can manage the day-to-day challenges of the job site?

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team full-time for the upcoming heavy season. We’ve been in business for 5 years and like to think we’re just getting started. We need someone who has great leadership and communication skills. You’ll be managing our most critical relationships: our team, subs, and clients. Our goal is to find someone who will be able to be a long-term addition to our team; not a short-term hire. Humility and integrity are absolute musts.

If you are not yet at the level of Lead Carpenter, and you are committed to becoming a Construction industry pro, we’d still love to chat with you.
